At this stage of your pregnancy, you may experience increased energy, but also feeling exhausted! Along with the 18th week of pregnancy come the following symptoms:
Many pregnant women experience aching back which is is another normal side effect of pregnancy hormones.
Although this symptom isn’t harmful it could be really annoying! Many pregnant women experience nose bleeding or bleeding gums
Be careful not to get up too quickly because you may become so dizzy!
At this stage of pregnancy, you’re now completely sure you’re not experiencing some gas or muscle issues, it’s your tiny baby moving around your tummy and kicking from time to time!
Leg cramps can be a sign of dehydration, so drink plenty of water
Swollen Feet and/or Hands
This symptom too isn’t harmful but can be annoying. As long as it’s not severe, you’re safe
You can’t sleep well or have bad dreams, guess what? It’s totally normal symptom as your mind is overthinking because your life became baby-centric!
If you overcome your trouble sleeping, you may experience snoring and actually, about 30% of pregnant women snore because of the increased swelling inside their nasal passages
Many pregnant women notice blue or purple visible veins because of the pressure in their circulatory system

Now, your baby is as big as an artichoke weighing around 6.7 ounces and measuring about 5.6 inches long.

This is an important week for your baby; he or she is becoming amazingly super active and their ears develop and their eyes can detect light. In addition, your baby’s nervous system is developing quickly; your baby starts moving during the 18-22th week of pregnancy.
