At 31 weeks pregnant, leg cramps are common at night time in particular. Consider sleeping with a pillow under your tummy and between your legs to ease the pain.

  • Shortness of Breath

During the 31st week of pregnancy, you may start having more shortness of breath issues. Taking a full breath will be a difficult thing to do at the moment so try not to push yourself too much!

  • Backaches

Again and again, your expanding uterus is putting tons of pressure on your body in general and on your back and legs in particular. Make sure to stretch more frequently, yoga classes will definitely help!

  • Hemorrhoids

The third trimester is the time for more Hemorrhoids; if you sit for a long time

  • Braxton Hicks Contractions

The harmless Braxton Hicks contractions will make your uterus tighter. It’s the way your body prepares you for the big day, so get ready! In order to ease the discomfort of Braxton Hicks, drink a lot of water and usually change positions.

  • Frequent Urination

By 31 weeks pregnant, there is a huge pressure on your bladder because of your expanding uterus. Thus, you’ll need to go to the bathroom frequently!

  • Dry Nails

Although your nails are growing faster than ever, by 31 weeks of pregnancy you’ll notice that your nails are dry and easily broken. Pamper yourself and have a spa mani-pedi! 

  • Clumsiness

Your lack of concentration can make you feel you’re a little bit clumsy! Take it easy on yourself and take your time to get things done.

  • Pregnancy Brain

If you find yourself forgetting important events or critical information, don’t stress out this is normal and your foggy memory will get back like before. At the moment, write things down to help your pregnancy brain.

  • Sleep Problems

Well, this is another common symptom of the third trimester of pregnancy. In fact, this is caused by a combination of some reasons; such as leg cramps and heartburn. Additionally, as there are huge changes happening in your life you’ll become an overthinker!
